How long will Scorebet be down for?

It’s already established that when you visit the Scorebet site you get a 502 gateway error. For those that don’t know what the error is :

What have Scorebet announced?

There’s been little from Scorebet on the issue, the only update we got was from contacting them directly and from a post on their Facebook page.

They mention their site being down and that they are working on it but don’t give a timeline which means the issue is likely pretty serious. There have been no further updates from Scorebet since the Facebook post on the 7th October 2019.

What can I do?

If you have pending bets or funds in your Scorebet account there is not much you can do for the moment. There’s clearly something going on and we understand that punters want to get their money out incase its a permanent closure. • Decide if you want to withdraw your funds or wait for more information from Scorebet
• Contact Scorebet to request the funds be manually withdrawn by them or when they’ll be able to process a withdrawal
• Should Scorebet not be able or willing to assist you’ll need to let them know that you are unhappy and will take the matter further
• The last step would be to lodge a complaint against the bookmaker with the NBG (National Gaming Board) who will look into the matter for you, however this could take months and still have no resolution
